@flyover_fritterie started as a hole-in-the-wall eatery in the CBD that was inspired by the no-name street vendors of India. The food was so tasty that now they’ve got themselves their very own diner in Redfern! They use local ingredients to replicate authentic flavours, creating traditional curries, homemade chutneys and seasonal spice blends. We recommend their signature jaffle, which is an Indian toastie bursting with vegetables and curry sauce! They’re open Tuesday – Sunday at 80-88 Regent Street, Redfern and do a great, proper chai.
